TAURINE™ These L-Taurine tablets provide you with 1000mg of Taurine. Taurine is a non-essential amino acid produced naturally in the body that is a required building block of protein. Taurine is found in large amounts in the brain, retina, heart, and blood cells called platelets. It is also found in meat, fish, eggs, and milk and is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle tissue.
